my name is Maria and my test results are FSH: 77 U/L; prolactin is 269 mU/L; T4: 15,8 pmol/L; TSH: 1,57 mU/L; Lh: 83 U/L; serum sex hormon binding glob: 35 nmol /L; Can I conceive with my hormonal profile? Can you please let us know what are the chances for me and my husband to conceive a baby?

the FSH check-up should be done on the 3rd to 5th day of the cycle. In this phase of the cycle, if the level of FSH is 77, then it shows a failure of the ovaries. For confirmation, you can make one more withdrawal and add a test of AMH.

With such a value you probably have no longer a cycle.

Then you cannot get pregnant with your egg, but you can think of a donated egg. The procedure can be performed up to 50 years of age.
